- File Save As TABLE & PIE and YOUR NAME
- Size Paper A4
- Orientation Portrait

- Click Column A next Insert Column A for Begin Colum A (Special for Begin Column A)
- Delete Column Name Children on the right (Column E)
- Delete Column KETERANGAN
- Delete Column SERTIFIKASI
- On Cell D26 please you type KETERANGAN, consists of :
E26 B. INDO, F26 B. ING, G26 MAT, H26 KOMP
- Cell D27 Max Value
- Cell D28 Min Value
- Cell D29 Average Value
- On Cell D31 please you type KETERANGAN and E31 JUMLAH
- Cell D32 LULUS
- Cell D33 T. LULUS
- On Cell D35 please you type KETERANGAN and E35 JUMLAH
- Cell D36 SERTIFIKAT
- Cell D37 T. KOMPETEN
- Cell D38 T. LULUS

Next ==> Name Sheet TABLE
- Block D26 : H29
- Insert Column Choice First Column
- Click Right on Column Move Chart option, your type substitute on New Sheet Chart1 with Table
- Give Chart Title : Daftar Nilai UN & Kompetensi Th. 2013/2014 Font 16/18
- Give Axis Primary Vertical Axis Title select Rotate : NILAI Font 16/18
- Give Legend with Show Legend at Bottom
- Give Data Labels with Outside End

Next ==> Name Sheet PIE
- Block D31 : E33
- Insert Pie Choice Center
- Click Right on PIE Cut transfer/move on spread sheet PIE
- Give PIE Title : Jumlah Kelulusan Th. 2013/2014 Font 16/18
- Give Data Labels with Center
- Move Data Labels with Design Layouts Percentage

Next ==> Name sheet PIE
- Block D35 : E38
- Insert Pie Choice Center
- Click Right on PIE Cut transfer/move on spread sheet PIE
- Give PIE Title : Jumlah Sertifikasi Th. 2013/2014 Font 16/18
- Give Data Labels with Center
